Dr. Mark Winton is a board-certified internist with over 30 years of experience in hospital medicine, clinical systems design, and infection prevention. His work spans multiple states and includes direct collaboration with public health agencies, critical access hospitals, and rural health systems. At Divine-Winton Consulting, Dr. Winton does not provide direct patient care or clinical services. Instead, he offers non-clinical advisory support focused on strengthening safety, systems, and operational resilience.
